Remorax is a Turkish company that prioritizes quality and supplies its customers with long-lasting, economical products with an aesthetic appearance. It operates with the aim of relieving the burden on the country's economy caused by other low-quality products in the market, with high added value, as an alternative to imported products of disposable quality in the mobile device accessories market, prepared with domestic production opportunities as much as possible, with Remorax branded long-lasting products. ​

GUARANTEE

Our charging cables and chargers are guaranteed for 2 years against any malfunctions other than user error, intervention and deformation.

DELIVERY DURATION

Orders placed before 11:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. Otherwise, your orders will be delivered to the courier on the next business day. The period for the courier to deliver your package may vary between 1-3 days, depending on the activities of the courier company in your region.

Our company ships its orders with MNG Kargo.

OUR RETURN PROCESSES

You have a 14 business day unconditional right of return and exchange for all your orders. You must inform us about your return via our e-mail address info@remorax.com with the title "RETURN REQUEST" and follow the instructions we will send in response to this to make the process easier for you. In case of return attempts made without our knowledge and guidance, your shipment cannot be accepted by us.

 

You must send the product you are returning to us together with its invoice (printout of the electronic invoice). For returns of your corporate invoiced orders, the product must be returned by issuing a return invoice to us. ​ Your cargo will be processed within 3 business days after it reaches us and a refund will be provided to your card depending on the processing speed of your bank. ​ For more detailed information, you can review the Distance Selling Agreement.
